Rocky’s reputation alone would make this cigar a must-try. But what really stands out here is Dark Star’s use of tobacco from Paraguay. Rarely found in a cigar, the infrequently used tobacco is combined with Honduran tobacco and encased inside a Honduran binder. The medium to full-bodied blend is then topped off with a Honduran Corojo wrapper. Pair this one with a good, spiced rum and soak up notes of cedar, spice, and hints of earth on the finish.
