Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We encourage all returns/exchanges to be done in person at our store (when possible).

CIGARS:

  • For cigars in a box/bundle of 20 or more, we allow 1 stick allowance, but the remaining cigars must be returned in the original packaging. Do not return any cut or smoked cigars.
  • Must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Must provide proof of purchase
  • Only defective items may be returned
  • Must be in its original packaging
  • Will be issued an exchange or store credit

 PIPE TOBACCO:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Must provide proof of purchase
  • Only defective items may be returned
  • Must be in its original packaging
  • Will be issued an exchange or store credit

 ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Must provide proof of purchase
  • Only defective items may be returned
  • Must be in its original packaging
  • Will be issued an exchange or store credit

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • Some personal care items

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

Any promotional items that came with the item you are returning must be returned or you will be charged for the full retail price of the promotional item(s).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery to customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@opendoorcigars.com and return your item within the allotted time to: Open Door Cigars, 962 E. Rolling Hills Drive, Fayetteville AR 72703.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@opendoorcigars.com to request a refund. Once approved, your returned item must be shipped within 5 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a refund within 5-7 business days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return once we receive the returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift card to the purchaser once we receive the returned item.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Open Door Cigars, 962 E. Rolling Hills Drive, Fayetteville AR 72703.

Unless the item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance or both. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
